    Maintenance

    The DXG (ATA) Series is designed for low-maintenance operation, but periodic checks ensure maximum service life:
    Initial Oil Change: After first 300–500 operating hours
    Regular Oil Inspection: Every 2,000–3,000 hours (or annually)—check for contamination, metal particles, or degradation
    Oil Replacement: Every 10,000–15,000 hours (depending on temperature and load)
    Seal & Bushing Inspection: Annually—look for leaks or wear
    Torque Arm Bolt Tightening: Verify bolt torque every 6 months in high-vibration environments
    Backstop Function Test (if equipped): Perform quarterly operational checks

    Inspection and Maintenance

    All units feature large inspection ports, magnetic drain plugs, and oil level sight glasses for easy servicing. 

    Use only recommended ISO VG 220 or 320 industrial gear oil unless specified otherwise.
    Note: Never operate the gearbox without proper lubrication or with a damaged torque arm—this may cause catastrophic failure.
