    Internal Structure

    The gearbox features either a parallel-shaft helical gear or planetary reduction structure (depending on model). Internally, it consists of an input shaft, multi-stage high-strength gear sets, precision roller bearings, an output shaft, and dual-lip seals. The housing is made of high-strength cast iron (HT250) or aluminum alloy, offering excellent rigidity and heat dissipation. Critical gears undergo carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 58–62 for efficient power transmission and minimal wear. An integrated oil-level sight glass and breather valve facilitate routine maintenance and pressure equalization.
